Shipping

We ship globally, excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas. Shipping options include:

• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS, delivered within 15-25 business days after shipment

Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer service team. Once your order has entered the processing stage, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned or exchanged within 15 days of receipt, provided they are:

• Unused and in pristine condition
• In their original packaging with all tags and accessories

Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• All items from our “Christmas 2023” collection
• Any monogrammed or engraved products (including certain martini glasses and toasting flutes)

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” in the subject line
3. Provide your full name, order number, product names, and reason for return
4. Wait for approval and Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
5. Ship the item securely in its original packaging with the RMA number clearly marked

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a defective product.

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement at no extra cost and provide a prepaid shipping label for return of the damaged item.
