Shipping Information

We are thrilled to serve customers globally (excluding parts of Asia and certain remote areas).

Order Processing: Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully prepare your order for shipment.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Cost: $12.95
    • Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS.
    • Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be utterly delighted with your purchase. If an item does not meet your expectations, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unused and in pristine condition.
  • In their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.

Important Note on Final Sale Items:

Due to their seasonal and personalized nature, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • All items from our “Christmas 2023” collection.
  • Any monogrammed or engraved products (this includes certain martini glasses and toasting flutes).

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]” and include the following details:
    • Your full name
    • Order number and date
    • Product name(s)
    • Reason for return or exchange
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Please do not ship your return without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide.

    Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent) or a defective product.

  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines & Methods

We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal statement, as processing times vary by financial institution.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and promptly arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no extra cost. We will also provide a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
