If you are not entirely happy, our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed to be straightforward and hassle-free.

Our Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same pristine condition as when they were delivered.

Please Note: Due to their seasonal and personalizable nature, items from our “Christmas 2023” collection and any monogrammed or engraved products (which may include certain martini glasses or toasting flutes) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receipt, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to assist you quickly.
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on where to send your package. Please do not ship anything back without an RMA number.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack the item(s) in its original packaging, include a copy of your order confirmation, and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the box. Ship it to the address we provide. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timelines and Methods

We aim to process refunds within 5-7 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal).
  • Please allow additional time for the refund to appear on your credit card or PayPal account statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the inconvenience and promptly send a replacement at no extra cost, including a prepaid shipping label for you to return the damaged item.
